Year 10 Food Technology students are preparing for their stall at the Otago Farmers’ Market on April 5th.

Students have researched and developed a range of product ideas that must fit with the unit theme of “Seasonal and Sustainable”. The three products chosen to produce for the market are toffee apples (apples from the market), aioli (eggs from the market) and high protein/low fat toasted muesli (using Harraway’s donated oats).

We welcome you all along to the Otago Farmers’ Market to purchase these delicious products and support these fledgling business operators!
